- Step 1: Select Your Virtual Office & Location - Choose the virtual office plan and location that best meets your needs on our Virtual Office Agreement.
- Step 2: Tell Us a Little About You & Your Company - Use our Client Information Form to provide us information about your company, so we can set up your virtual office according to your needs.
- Step 3: Choose Your Method of Payment - We can receive payment by billing a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card or through an Automatic Checking or Savings Account Debit. To have us bill your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express complete our Credit Card Authorization Form.
To have us debit your checking or savings account, complete our ACH Withdrawal Authorization Form.
Once you have completed these forms, fax them along with a copy of your Driver's License or other state-issued ID to: 303-331-6479, attention "The Boardroom Executive Suites - Office Manager" or scan-and-email them to info@boardroomdenver.com. One of our account executives will then contact you within one business day to confirm your account details and provide you with a transaction confirmation and a new client welcome booklet.
