1. Step 1: Select Your Virtual Office Plan - Print out our Virtual Office Agreement and select the virtual office plan that best meets your needs.

2. Step 2: Tell Us a Little About You & Your Company - Use our Client Information Form to provide us information about your company, so we can set up your virtual office according to your needs.

3. Step 3: Complete USPS Form 1583 - In an effort to reduce mail fraud, the United States Postal Service requires our virtual office clients to complete USPS Form 1583 to verify their identity. Please note that box #16 in the lower right hand corner of this form requires your signature, which MUST BE NOTARIZED. All of our staff members are notaries public, so if you submit this document to us in person, can can notarize your signature for you. Otherwise, your signature will have to be notarized by a third party.

4. Step 4: Choose Your Method of Payment - We can receive payment by billing a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card or through an Automatic Checking or Savings Account Debit. To have us bill your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express complete our Credit Card Authorization Form.
                       

   To have us directly debit your checking or savings account, complete our ACH Withdrawal Authorization Form.

Once you have completed these forms, fax them along with a copy of your Driver's License or other state-issued ID to: 303-331-6479, attention "The Boardroom Executive Suites - Office Manager" or scan-and-email them to info@boardroomdenver.com. One of our account executives will then contact you within one business day to confirm your account details and provide you with a transaction confirmation and a new client welcome booklet.
