The Boardroom at Cherry Creek is conveniently located in one of the most exclusive submarkets in Denver. At the intersection of Cherry Creek North Drive and Colorado Blvd., our Class A office suite is situated amongst the Cherry Creek, Hill Top, Washington Park and Polo Club neighborhoods of Denver and is in close proximity to Lowry and Stapleton.

This central location is just 10 minutes from downtown Denver and provides easy access to DIA (less than 30 minutes away), the Denver Tech Center and a whole host of local establishments, including fine dining, shopping and an eclectic blend of boutiques, galleries and salons in Cherry Creek North. Our executive suite is also located just across the street from the Cherry Creek Bike Path which extends from the Cherry Creek Reservoir to downtown - making it easy to reach our offices on bike or to go for a mid-day stroll or run along the creekside.

Directions:

From Downtown

Go SOUTH on Broadway to 6th Avenue. Turn LEFT onto 6th Avenue. Continue EAST on 6th Avenue for 2.5 miles. At Colorado Blvd. turn RIGHT. Go SOUTH on Colorado Blvd. 1 mile to Alameda Avenue. Get in the right-hand lane and CONTINUE SOUTH on Colorado Blvd. 1.5 blocks. Our building, “PTARMIGAN AT CHERRY CREEK,” will be ON THE RIGHT. There is a marque on the street side with the building name that should be visible from Colorado Blvd. If you pass the Holiday Inn Select and the WaterWay Car Wash, you have gone too far. Turn RIGHT into our parking lot off of Colorado Blvd. Once you have entered the parking lot, park in one of the visitor parking spaces located on the SOUTHEAST OR SOUTH SIDE of the building, near the DazBog Coffee Shop or revolving doors. Our office suite is located in the EAST TOWER (the tower that is closest to Colorado Blvd.) on the 5th floor.

From Colorado Blvd. & I-25

Go NORTH on Colorado Blvd. 1.5 miles to Cherry Creek Drive North / Virginia Avenue. Be careful not confuse Cherry Creek Drive South with Cherry Creek Drive North. You will see a WaterWay Car Wash and the Holiday Inn Select at the northwest corner of Colorado Blvd. and Cherry Creek North Drive. Turn LEFT onto Cherry Creek Drive North. Our building, “PTARMIGAN AT CHERRY CREEK,” will be the 3rd BUILDING ON THE RIGHT. Turn RIGHT into our parking lot off of Cherry Creek Drive North. Once you have entered the parking lot, park in one of the visitor parking spaces located on the SOUTHEAST OR SOUTH SIDE of the building, near the DazBog Coffee Shop or revolving doors. From Denver International Airport

Go SOUTHWEST from the airport terminal on Pena Blvd. Continue SOUTH on Pena Blvd. 9 miles to I-70 West. Go WEST on I-70 7 miles to Colorado Blvd. EXIT COLORADO BLVD. and turn LEFT. Go SOUTH on Colorado Blvd. 5 miles to Alameda Avenue. Get in the right-hand lane and CONTINUE SOUTH on Colorado Blvd. 1.5 blocks. Our building, “PTARMIGAN AT CHERRY CREEK,” will be ON THE RIGHT.
