Our Office Center Membership and Virtual Office plans are different options that allow clients to make use of our mailing address, conference rooms and other services, but not have to have a full-time office.  These plans are available for a monthly fee ranging from $89 to $329.  The main difference between these two types of plans is that our under our Office Center Memberships conference room and day office time is billed in addition to your monthly plan rate; whereas with a Virtual Office plan, a minimum of 16 hours of conference room or day office hours are included in the monthly plan rate. The level of phone service provided also varies based upon the plan selected.

Yes.  All of our conference rooms are available for our office center membership and virtual office clients to use at their discretion.  Under our office center membership plans, there is a charge for each conference room or day office hour used.  Whereas, with our virtual office plans, a certain number of conference room or day office hours is already included in the plan.

Yes.  We are always happy to see our clients grow their businesses.  So, provided that we have an office available for you to move into, we’ll be happy to offer you an office when the time is right for you.  Please just keep in contact with our office manager about your company’s needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.  Some programming and installation fees may apply when moving into a full-time office.

Yes.  Upon answering your calls here at our office center, our receptionist can forward calls to any telephone number you like, including long distance numbers. Simply tell us the telephone number where you would like calls connected to and the times of day that you would like calls connected to that number.  Please note that if we connect calls to a long distance number, long distance fees will apply. 

Yes.  We can forward your mail to you no matter where you are.  We can do this on a per request basis, or if you know that you usually won’t be in the office, we can schedule to do this on a regular basis (we’ve found that either once or twice per week usually works the best).  There is a fee of $2.00 for each time we do this, plus the cost of the postage times 120%.

We can accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or ACH debit for payment on your virtual office or office membership plan.  We will send you a monthly invoice no later than the 18th of each month and we ask for payment on the first.  If you provide us a Visa, MasterCard or checking/savings account number, we will automatically bill your credit card or bank account for you invoiced amount on the first of the month.

Most definitely.  Our office membership and virtual office plans can enable you to have your telephone calls, mail, faxes and other items directed to our location here in Denver. We can then, depending upon your instructions, forward everything to you in your current location. This can be an ideal solution for anyone who is going to be moving to Denver at a later time, or who simply wants to maintain a Denver office presence while living elsewhere.
