Do you need a little extra space to host client meetings, depositions or training sessions?  Do you want to work with your clients in a professional business atmosphere?  Host your meetings at in one of our conference rooms and make your life easier, more convenient and more profitable. 

Each of our conference rooms is equipped with complimentary speakerphone and ultra-high speed 100 Mbps wireless internet connectivity.  Computer projection and A/V equipment are also available, along with catering services, and professional receptionist greeting for your clients.  All rooms are available by the hour, day or week and can be easily reserved through our online scheduling system** or by calling our friendly receptionists. 

Our three conference rooms offer executive style seating for six to 16 people.  Our two-day offices provide a sophisticated environment to perform work and host meetings of two to four people.  And our business lounge offers a stylish, yet casual atmosphere for your less professional meetings. 

The Boardroom at Cherry Creek also provides a complimentary executive touch-down station that allows you to quickly stop-in, check your e-mail and favorite websites, make a few phone calls, print documents and be on your way.  Complimentary self-service tea, coffee and water are also available.  Additionally, our office center features easy-to-access free off-street free visitor parking, so you needn’t worry about parking validation or having your guests pay to park.

Conference Rooms & Days Offices

• Hourly rate for office center members is just $17.00 for any hours used above their monthly allotment
• Hourly rate for non-members is just $25.00. A 15% discount is available for meetings of 6 hours or longer.

	Colorado Room

The Colorado Room provides conference room seating for six in over-sized leather chairs around an oval mahogany table.  This room is also equipped with an enclosed white board, credenza, speaker phone, complimentary wirelsess internet access, TV, VCR and DVD player.

	Rocky Mountain Room

The Rocky Mountain Room offers conference room seating for 12 in leather chairs around a 12’ boat shaped table.  This room is also equipped with enclosed white board, credenza, speaker phone, and complimentary wireless internet access.

Suite 280**

Suite 280 is a 16 person conference room that is located on the second floor of Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek and is available to clients of The Boardroom at Cherry Creek.  This room seats up to 16 people around an oval conference table and includes a small countertop surface for materials and/or catered items.  This room also features a small refrigerator, wall mounted 50" plasma screen TV, ceiling mounted LCD projector and a 44" wide x 33" tall drop down projection screen.

	Aspen Room

The Aspen Room is equipped with an executive desk, credenza, an executive chair, two side chairs, telephone, and internet-equipped computer.  This office is ideal for small meetings up to three people, interviews, or to perform work in a professional office setting.

	Vail Room
	The Vail Room is equipped with an executive desk, book case, two-drawer lateral filing cabinet, an executive chair, three side chairs, a 48” round side table, flipchart, and telephone.  This office is ideal for small meetings up to four people, interviews, or to perform work in a professional office setting.

	Denver Room
	The Denver Room is a business lounge that is furnished with a three person leather sofa, two person leather loveseat, leather side chair, coffee table, two side tables, incandescent lighting, white board, speaker phone, and complimentary wireless internet access.
