Hourly Meeting Room Rates
All Meeting Room Time Booked & Billed in 15 Minute Increments

• $20.00/Hour: Member Rate - For any hours used above their monthly allotment in the in-suite meeting rooms
• $25.00/Hour: Non-Member Rate - For use of the in-suite meeting rooms by individuals who are not monthly members
• $37.50/Hour: Suite 280 Rate - Hourly rate for the use of Suite 280 at Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek for both members and non-members of The Boardroom Executive Suites**
• $50.00/Hour: Suite 290 Rate - Hourly rate for the use of Suite 290 at Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek for both members and non-members of The Boardroom Executive Suites**

If you are a non-member who is looking to reservere a conference room at The Boardroom Executive Suites for the first time, please first complete and submit our conference room rental agreement, along with a copy of a state issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport.
