All of our conference rooms are available by the hour, day or week, and offer:

Meeting Room Rates
- Hourly rate for office members is just $20.00 for any hours used above their monthly allotment in the in-suite meeting rooms at either Boardroom Executive Suites location
- Hourly rate for non-members is just $25.00 for the in-suite meeting rooms at either Boardroom Executive Suites location and a 15% discount is available for meetings of 6 hours or longer
- Hourly rate for the use of Suite 280 at Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek is $37.50 for both members and non-members of The Boardroom Executive Suites**
- Hourly rate for the use of the Garden Level Conference Room at Denver CenterPoint I is $40.00 for both members and non-members of The Boardroom Executive Suites
- Hourly rate for the use of Suite 290 at Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek is $50.00 for both members and non-members of The Boardroom Executive Suites**

Suite 280 is a 16 person conference room that is located on the second floor of Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek and is available to clients of The Boardroom Executive Suites. This room seats up to 16 people around an oval conference table and includes a small countertop surface for materials and/or catered items. This room also features a small refrigerator, wall mounted 50" plasma screen TV, ceiling mounted LCD projector and a 44" wide x 33" tall drop down projection screen. |

Suite 290 is a 75 person training room that is located on the second floor of Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek and is available to clients of The Boardroom Executive Suites. This room seats up to 75 people in a classroom format and includes a large countertop surface for materials and/or catered items. This room also features a full-size refrigerator, ceiling mounted LCD projector and a drop down projection screen. |
* Visitor parking at Denver CenterPoint I is free for the first half hour and $1.00 per hour thereafter, with a daily maximum of $5.00. Validation booklets for guest parking are avaiable for purchase through our front desk or payment can be given directly to parking lot attendant.
** Due to a limited number of visitor parking spaces, a maximum of 15 people can be accommodated in the meeting rooms at Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek during normal business hours. Online scheduling system is not available for Suites 280 & 290 at Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek. Please contact us by telephone or e-mail for reservations in these rooms.
