All of our conference rooms are available by the hour, day or week, and offer:

Meeting Room Rates
- Hourly rate for office members is just $20.00 for any hours used above their monthly allotment in the in-suite day offices or conference rooms
- Hourly rate for non-members is just $25.00 for the in-suite day offices or conference rooms and a 15% discount is available for meetings of 6 hours or longer
- Hourly rate for the use of Suite 280 is $37.50 for both members and non-members of The Boardroom at Cherry Creek (some availability restrictions due apply to the use of this room)
- Hourly rate for the use of Suite 290 is $50.00 for both members and non-members of The Boardroom at Cherry Creek (some availability restrictions due apply to the use of this room)

Suite 280 is a 16 person conference room that is located on the second floor of Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek and is available to clients of The Boardroom at Cherry Creek. This room seats up to 16 people around an oval conference table and includes a small countertop surface for materials and/or catered items. This room also features a small refrigerator, wall mounted 50" plasma screen TV, ceiling mounted LCD projector and a 44" wide x 33" tall drop down projection screen. |

Suite 290 is a 75 person training room that is located on the second floor of Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek and is available to clients of The Boardroom at Cherry Creek. This room seats up to 75 people in a classroom format and includes a large countertop surface for materials and/or catered items. This room also features a full-size refrigerator, ceiling mounted LCD projector and a drop down projection screen. |
